In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and  FloBen Guest House under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest(s):-

Settlement of Bills

Bills must be settled on presentation or on the day before departure.  NO personal cheques will be accepted. Extras are for the guest`s own account except by prior arrangements. Please take note that all extras are to be settled in CASH.


Check out time is 10h00. Please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on availability. If the room is available, normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry time, date or period, the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the guest.

Number of Guests

At no time during your occupancy will the number of guests staying, exceed the number of guests booked, unless prior approval is sought and given by management. The use of extra guests other than the number booked will attract an additional tariff. Any person/s exceeding the maximum occupancy as stated on the booking/quote will be considered trespassers and will be evicted. In order to avoid embarrassment and a security risk, guests are not expected to bring “ pick up s ” to spend the night “pick up s” will be considered trespassers and will be evicted .

Managements Rights

It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ her in a respectable manner and will not cause any disturbance or annoyance within the guesthouse premises. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the guesthouse forthwith ,without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default the Management has the right to remove the guest`s luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him / her.

Room Service

Room service will not be available after 11h00. Exceeding this, arrangements should be made with Management on the day of arrival. Room service will exclude the tidying up of guest`s personal belongings (underwear etc.
